Can anyone help me please. I am not very technical so no jargon please. I have a mini asus laptop and I have only had it for about 3 months. I tried to switch it on recently and it says 'enter recovery key to get going again' I didn't know I had a recovery key but I went onto another computer to micosoft search and I have my key number. When I enter it it says 'diagnosing' then it gives me options to either 'continue to windows 10' settings' restart' advanced settings' etc. I have tried them all in turn but nothing works. It accepts my key number and then just says diagnosing and then goes back to the original screen saying 'enter key' again. I have entered the key several times and then chose a different option but non work. How can I get back into my laptop?
